Built on a farm this house was designed to take in the views to the Southern Alps with lots of outdoor area directly off the main living space and a covered veranda areas that meant the owners could still sit outside when it’s raining. This house is simple functional layout which JPA Ltd believed was required for both the open paddock site that it sits on and for the owners business and lifestyle as dairy farmers. On entry you arrive into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. From this main area 2 wings can be accessed. One is for the office, formal living and master bedroom spaces which will have the most use.
