Built on a beautiful site looking north towards Lyttelton harbour, this family home is also built to accommodate a B&B business. The house fans across the site providing views from the east right around to the west. High level windows face the south giving views out to the stunning Port hills that the house sits at the base of.

As part of the original sub division consent for the site, the house had to be designed to sit into the landscape and the materials and colours also had to reflect the local environment.
