When a petrol station moved sites, an empty shop space and busy workshop business remained onsite. The shop space on the road frontage needed some modernisation but created an ideal place for a car showroom for another local business. The large forecourt canopy was removed and the original shop was extended and upgraded substantially to create an work environment for the car sales business that provided both linkage with the workshop area to the rear of the site, for parts and service, and good all round vision across their yard.
